Exterior Painting Works
In the Ergüllü GmbH project, the building’s exterior facade was comprehensively renovated. Surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, and repair work) was carried out meticulously, followed by the application of high-quality, weather-resistant exterior paints. In this way, the building has gained both a modern aesthetic appearance and long-term protection.

Complete Renovation and Demolition Works in Offices
In the office areas, old coverings and decorative materials were professionally dismantled. This included:

• Old wallpapers,

• Laminate coverings,

• Other unusable materials.

All were carefully removed without causing damage to the environment. After the demolition process, the areas were prepared for the new design.

Wallpaper Application, Painting and Laminate Skirtings
To give the offices a modern and aesthetic appearance, new wallpaper applications were carried out. Before application, surfaces were smoothed and high-quality adhesives and coating materials were used for long-lasting durability.
In addition, professional painting was carried out on walls and ceilings, while decorative and durable laminate skirtings were installed on the floors.

Satin Plaster Works on Ceilings and Walls
As part of the project, satin plaster applications were made on wall and ceiling surfaces. This process ensured smooth finishes, providing the perfect base for painting and wall coverings.
